How do I create an account?

Answer
You are required to submit the online registration form . We will first check your membership details and, if acceptable, will activate your account. This process may take 1-3 business days. At present, we accept registrations from RC members only.

What is the next step?

Answer
You will be notified if your account is approved and activated by us. You become the owner of the account and administrator of your CLUBvCARD repository.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

Answer
Please go to the sign in page and click the "Forgot your password" link. Enter your email address and submit. You will receive an email with a reset link to click. It is valid for 60 minutes only. You may request a fresh link after 60 minutes.

What is the purpose of 2FA?

Answer
When you sign in to your account, the system generates a 6 digit code and sends to your email address. It is valid for 15 minutes only. You are required to insert it to complete the sign in process. You may request for a new code after 15 minutes.

How do I create a "Pro" account?

Answer
You need to upgrade your "FREE" account by subscribing to any paid plans. "Pro" account holders have access to more features. These accounts have to be renewed every 6 months. We offer 14 days grace period after expiry. Unrenewed accounts will be converted back to "FREE" accounts automatically.

What is the difference between "Pro 1" and "Pro 2" accounts?

Answer
Both have identical vCARD features. "Pro 2" has the option of creating a supplementary CLUBvCARD.

How do I create a "Premier" account?

Answer
You need to create a "FREE" account first and contact us with proof of your Recognition for contribution you have already made to your service organization. We will then activate your account. You are free to change your username characters depending on the availability. "Premier" accounts never expire.

Can I switch my existing account?

Answer
Yes, you can switch accounts. However, downgrading can only be done after expiry of subscription account.

How do I upgrade my existing account?

Answer
You can upgrade from "FREE" account to "Pro" account. Also, you can upgrade from "Pro 1" account to "Pro 2" upwards. However, you are required to contact us if you wish to upgrade to "Premier" account. We may again ask for latest proof of your recognition in your service organization for financial contributions you have already made.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer
We accept credit cards and any other mehod available through the Payment Processing Company.

Do you issue a separate receipt for payment?

Answer
We don't issue a receipt for your payment. Receipts are issued by the Payment Processing Company ( i.e. Stripe, Inc ).

Is my email address exposed on CLUBvCARD contact form?

Answer
No. Your main email address is not exposed anywhere. However, you may publish any additional public email addresses if you wish. CLUBvCARD contact form is used by visitors to make an initial contact only. Your privacy is protected, spam is controlled and no attachments allowed. All messages will be delivered to your main email address without exposing it to the visitor.

How can I hide my personal contact details from visitors, but display only to selected Club Members?

Answer
Your personal email address is not exposed to any visitor or CLUBvCARD member. They can contact you directly only via the online contact form. You have the option to hide the contact form from any visitor or to display only to selected CLUBvCARD members.

Similarly, you can hide or display your personal phone number as well.

Four options to display of personal contact details are available in Pro and Premier accounts only.

  • Inactive
  • Enable for public
  • Enable only for CLUBvCARD members
  • Enable only for CLUBvCARD members of same district
  • Enable only for CLUBvCARD members of same country

How can I receive verified email messages from another CLUBvCARD member?

Answer
Option to receive verified email messages is available only for Pro and Premier accounts. Any logged in CLUBvCARD member can send verified email messages to another CLUBvCARD member, based on the options selected by the recipient. The link to CLUBvCARD ( i.e. clubvcard.me/xxxxxx ) and the name of the sender will be automatically included in the email message. Email address of the sender is not exposed. The recipient may reply through the CLUBvCARD contact form to initiate further correspondence.

This feature helps to reduce spam.

Do you plan to add more languages?

We may add more languages in the future, based on the usage and demand.

For vCards ( CLUBvCARD ) :
You can create your CLUBvCARD in more than 100 languages at present. Please let us know, by using the contact form after login, if your own language or dialect is not available. We can add it for you if it is available under ISO 639-2 Codes ( 3 character language codes ).

Create your CLUBvCARD in any of the following languages with option to customize.

Do you plan to add more templates for CLUBvCARD?

We may add more templates in the future, based on the usage and demand.

Do you provide customizaton service?

Answer
We do not provide any customization service for CLUBvCARD. However, we have enabled Custom CSS option for "Pro" and "Premier" plans. Anyone with a basic knowledge of "HTML/CSS" should be able to make changes to CSS of CLUBvCARD.

Digital Creators within your organization may be able to help you. Their names are published by them voluntarily within the CLUBvCARD system. Check "Get Help" after logging in. You are encouraged to contribute the agreed payment fees to the Digital Creator's membership account at your organization's Foundation ( Charity ).

Do you provide any "SEO" service?

Answer
We do not provide "SEO" service for vCards. However, we have provided the option to add your own "SEO" together with "Google Analytics" code for "Pro" and "Premier" plans. Anyone with a basic knowledge of "SEO" should be able to optimize your CLUBvCARD.

Are you affiliated with any service organization or any other organization?

Answer
We are not affiliated with any organization. We are only promoting goods and services of members of clubs belonging to selected service organizations who are doing good to the world.

Do you have any plans to improve the services of CLUBvCARD?

Answer
Yes, we are continuously working on additional features, iOS/Android mobile apps and business search engine for CLUBvCARD. We plan to release the first mobile app of CLUBvCARD during the second quarter of 2024.

What is the advantage of having a CLUBvCARD?
Is it better than having your contact details in a Mobile Directory App?

Answer
CLUBvCARD which is a virtual card can contain your contact, professional and business details. It is searched, indexed and made available to anyone by many search engines. It can be shared with others over the internet and can be downloaded to your contact details in your phone or computer. It can be sent with email messages.

Having your contact details only on a mobile app limits your audience as you cannot ask people to download the mobile app. It is always better to have both web presence and mobile app content generated from the same source.
